Temperature control module (TCM), Series 90-30 platform, catalog number IC693TCM303, extended range version of the IC693TCM302. Provides closed-loop or open-loop temperature control for up to 8 channels: 8 thermocouple inputs and 8 DC outputs on the same module, with per-channel thermocouple and relay output terminal pairing. Thermocouple ranges extended vs the 302 sibling (J and L types 0-750 C, R type 0-1050 C), resolution 12 bit / 0.5 C, maximum thermocouple impedance 35 Ohm, common mode capability 12 V, detection and reporting of open/reversed thermocouple and out-of-tolerance temperature. Outputs 18-30 V DC, load current 100 mA per point, off-state leakage 0.1 mA max, overload threshold 700 mA typical; external supply 18-36 V DC (inrush 2.5 A), internal consumption 150 mA at 5 V DC from backplane. Two front plug-in connectors with captive screw terminals (inputs left, outputs right), labeled front cover, LED status indication (P external power, R run, F fault, S short, output status 1-8). Single slot in Series 90-30 baseplates.
