Measuring range 100 mbar to 40 bar accuracy 0.075 typical plus diaphragm seal influence process temperature 70 C to 400 C outputs 4 20 mA HART with optional PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus selectable process membrane materials 316L, Alloy C276, Monel, Tantalum, gold/rhodium, PTFE multiple process connections threads, flanges, pancake, hygienic IP66/67/68 protection SIL capable and HistoROM parameter module for configuration and data management.
